This is my second experience with online shopping for live aquarium fish and I must say that the entire process right from the time of placing the order to delivery was amazingly easy and without a hitch. I'm a home fish enthusiast from Goa and my earlier online experience was with a seller from Chennai and not a happy one so I was not sure about this purchase. I have ordered 4 buckets of plants but 3 have dead plants 20% and 1 was empty bucket only mud was there on 30th november. Uploaded the images but resolution is awaited Because my main order was for food so as per their policy 50% damage must be there so I think there would not be any support because my 60% order was for food and 40% is only plants still hope for a positive reply. Food was good no doubt.
