It was my very first order & I ordered for : Vallisneria nana , Dwarf Hairgrass and Aquarium soil altogether. The packaging and the shipment was great, but a few of the Vallisneria nana died. The refund for that was so prompt that I was really amazed! The Hairgrass with the Vallisneria is growing day by day & my aquarium turned so lovely with their presence. Ordered 7 plants All plants are received in good condition Delivery is quick and fast 1. Anubius in coconut cell is too small plant 2. Hygrophila corimbosa is too large for 1 feet tank 3. Water trumpet and Sagittaria subulatas few leaves getting dull and yellow and 2 days after receiving Dont know it will be waste or regrow Giving 4 star but overall is very good site to order

I have ordered 3 times and overall experience is good . Just need to work upon status followups and time bounding by Courier. Rest all was good . Keep it up . 100 marks for internal packaging but the courier destroys main Carton brown box always .
