All plants were in good condition but the guppies i received 2 of them had come with fins cut and did not survive. rest other platys are healthy

I ordered aqarium plants from bunnycart..product reached in time..and are in well condition. But the sad part is that they dont supply fishes to odisha..where max people go for live aqarium.. I received my order today , the quality of plants was outstanding , was very impressed with the coloration and the root development of all the plants. You sent 10 plants when I had ordered 11 but that’s ok .

all plants were in good condition, except water lettuce, not even one was healthy, i doubt if they will even survive, disappointed with this one.

Order a couple of times. The packing was nice and durable and everything was delivered in good time and in good shape. Was a little disappointed with the Micranthemoides. Most were so small that you could hardly plant them. Few others had decayed. Some were ok but still small to be planted in my scaped aquarium. Would have been better if it had some roots and was a little big enough to be planted.

I have ordered 4 buckets of plants but 3 have dead plants 20% and 1 was empty bucket only mud was there on 30th november. Uploaded the images but resolution is awaited Because my main order was for food so as per their policy 50% damage must be there so I think there would not be any support because my 60% order was for food and 40% is only plants still hope for a positive reply. Food was good no doubt.
