I ordered totally 7 different Water Plants including Moss. The items are really too good. No words to express my happiness. After having remained in transit for nearly 5 days till its delivery to me today @ 1.45 pm, all the plants remained intact, except for little bit of leaves rottening and becoming yellowish in colour for the grass plants [2 pots]. I am really really thankful to Bunnycart for all the BEST QUALITY items supplied, having TRUE VALUE for the money spent and HIGHEST ORDER of SATISFACTION for my ownself. Special thanks to Mr. Praan for all the efforts he had put in to ensure that delivery is not getting delayed further by Bluedart Courier at my end. Though was gambling a little when ordered so much in first instance that too being a hobbyist only. To my surprise it was a very nice and happy experience. The only problem was with RAILWAY staff uncooperative while unloading the parcel. Customer care and account people were more than cooperative, changed my order once after consulting with the manager on his advise about the compatibility of fishes. Packaging was great, out of 50+ fishes only 1 died. All fishes were in good health and larger than I was expecting almost all were adults. All are in good condition even after 2 weeks. Nice colours and variety. Plant were good too, all flourishing now. Food was just packed not like your LFS where it's already expired. internal filter was so much cheap. I have ordered many plants from bunnycart for my betta tank. I have received all my plants in good condition despite some hurdles in delivery. Only one plant was damaged which was acceptable as the delivery took almost 9 days. The bunnycart helpdesk helped me get my package safely. I really appreciate the team's hardwork and amazing service. Looking forward to stock more plants in the future
