I had little doubt before placing the order and I had no idea that such a service actually exist in India. However just got the first order delivered yesterday. All the fishes are very active and healthy. Packaging was nice and the order was delivered within 3rd day to my surprise. They called and let me know before shipping the order and even though they didn't have one of my ordered item in stock but they took my permission and changed the item with a nice choice. Initially I was a bit apprehensive about the genuinity of this website as there are couple of Fraudulent websites which market this stuff. But the way Bunnycart team has handled the order is worth praising. They are genuine and truthful people one can trust. The quality of fish they sent me is unmatched in contrast with the kind of fish being sold in Delhi. The colours of Neon Tetra, Glowlight Tetra, Endlers Guppy and Yellow Guppy are so vibrant that too at a very competitive price. I am waiting for some more fish to get available n their stock so that I may re-order soon. We must appreciate and promote their business in order to encourage them increase their product range.

Except hair grass and Vallisneria all plants are in good condition. Everyone should avoid buying tall plants because by the time it reaches at your doorstep it dries and dies. Happy Aquascaping

Appreciate the effort in delivering the plants, but felt a little disheartened upon receiving them. The plants are extremely small—much smaller than what was shown in the pictures or described by other happy customers. As someone who’s genuinely excited to grow and care for plants, receiving a slightly bigger and healthier one would have been truly encouraging. I’m sure this must be an oversight, and I trust your team values customer experience. Looking forward to a better experience ahead.
