I have been ordering since 2021, packaging is neat, delivery is on time, plants arrive in good condition as moisture retained in soaked paper. However the epiphytes could be a little larger than current size, feels a bit too small for large tanks. Happy with the purchases so far, and plants survive/thrive about 90%.

I received 3 plants instead of 6 for the water lettuce order, however the team was quick to acknowledge the error and refund the full amount for the plant. They offer very prompt service. I recieved my order with a slight delay because of local holiday and one of the plants was half dead. I sent them pictures and they have been understanding in the sense that i wasn't sure the plant would survive. they thought it would . Still they refunded the amount into my bank account.
