I had placed an order of anubias and some floating plants for my new low tech micro setup. All items were received within in 3 days in good quality. I loved their free shipping for orders above 499. I received 3 plants instead of 6 for the water lettuce order, however the team was quick to acknowledge the error and refund the full amount for the plant. It was my very first order & I ordered for : Vallisneria nana , Dwarf Hairgrass and Aquarium soil altogether. The packaging and the shipment was great, but a few of the Vallisneria nana died. The refund for that was so prompt that I was really amazed! The Hairgrass with the Vallisneria is growing day by day & my aquarium turned so lovely with their presence. ನಾನು ಮೇ 31 ರಂದು 12 ಲೈವ್ ಅಕ್ವೇರಿಯಂ ಸಸ್ಯಗಳಿಗೆ ಆರ್ಡರ್ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಬನ್ನಿಕಾರ್ಟ್ ಮತ್ತು ಬ್ಲುಡಾರ್ಟ್ನಿಂದ ಆರ್ಡರ್ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯ ಕುರಿತು ನಿಯಮಿತ ನವೀಕರಣಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದೆ. ಇಂದು, ಜೂನ್ 4 ರಂದು, ನಾನು ಕ್ಯಾಲಿಕಟ್ ನಿಂದ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿಗೆ ಪ್ಯಾಕೇಜ್ ಅನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಿದೆ. 12 ಸಸ್ಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬಹುತೇಕ ಎಲ್ಲವೂ ಆರೋಗ್ಯಕರವಾಗಿವೆ, ಆದರೆ ಪೆಲಿಯಾ ಪಾಚಿ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಕಂದು ಬಣ್ಣದ್ದಾಗಿ ಕಾಣುತ್ತದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಗ್ಲೋಸೊಸ್ಟಿಗ್ಮಾ ಎಲಾಟಿನಾಯ್ಡ್ಸ್ ಸಸ್ಯಗಳಿಂದ ಎಲೆಗಳು ಉದುರುತ್ತಿವೆ. ಕೆಲವು ಸಸ್ಯಗಳ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಕಮ್ಮಿ ಇವೆ. ಒಟ್ಟಾರೆಯಾಗಿ ಇದು ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿದೆ.

just few problems with packaging of plants, guys please improve your packaging a little bit as the box go's through a lot of mishandling by the train staff , Fishes were absolutely healthy and active .......... great experience , 10 on 10 for customer support . Just had a bad experience with parcel office @ railway station ........... great website please expand more ! ps- this is not paid I am a common man and the experience is true. It's a good website I live in Odisha which is very far from Kerala I received my order within 5 days which was good but I well that the plant might suffer or die but surprisingly or the plants where ok and in good conditions it's obvious that they are wear some yellows in the leaves and all but basically they were good I put them immediately in the water after 5 days also humidity was maintained in the pouches and ice packs were also provided and plants were very cheap and quantity only I felt that plants with the pot quantities less but the stems are very good anyways as this is manageable as if you buy this plants online if you have to pay a lot thank you Bunny cart ❤️
