My order number 000062101 dated 02.03.2022 and was delivered on 11.03.2022...excellent package. the courier reached my door step. I ordered 11 fishes out of which one died..i can understand its not an issue for me.. ..to my surprise there was 10 guppy fries enroute....thank you Bunnycart. Java moss was of excellent quality. However, dwarf hairgrass and amzon sword was half wilted when received. Rotala wallichii was good. Didn't received dwarf lily but was refunded money immediately. Customer service is very good.

I don’t see any resamblance in the ordered product and the one I got ,( even though they all arrived safe , endler’s guppy is not that good , but the service seems pretty good.... I hope you guys will improve your product quality too

Hi , I had ordered around 75 fishes and some plants to belgaum , packing was good , I got the parcel 2 days late, but still the fishes were all alive ... Good work bunnycart :) Joshua Dsouza, Belgaum, Karnataka

Bunnycart is doing great in its field.The service given is excellent and the refund policy of Bunnycart is really easy and quick besides there are no questions. Moreover Bunnycart needs to sort out a few things 1)The plants which they send should be same as ordered (I ordered 2 varieties and received both different unlike images) 2)Fishes provided should be mature ones and should be checked before delivery (I received an abnormal female) 3)Moreover fishes are always out of stock which gets a problem while ordering cause you don't get all you want to .Some fishes are out of stock from about 6-7 months (like Blue Moscow guppy) 4)More varieties of fishes with more types must be introduced. Overall the experience although was great with all fishes and the plants although different enhance the look. I would like to shop again at Bunnycart. .

Though was gambling a little when ordered so much in first instance that too being a hobbyist only. To my surprise it was a very nice and happy experience. The only problem was with RAILWAY staff uncooperative while unloading the parcel. Customer care and account people were more than cooperative, changed my order once after consulting with the manager on his advise about the compatibility of fishes. Packaging was great, out of 50+ fishes only 1 died. All fishes were in good health and larger than I was expecting almost all were adults. All are in good condition even after 2 weeks. Nice colours and variety. Plant were good too, all flourishing now. Food was just packed not like your LFS where it's already expired. internal filter was so much cheap. Overall a really good experience. ONLY 1 CAUTION: CHECK WITH YOUR RAILWAY JUNCTION STAFF ABOUT UNLOADING THE PARCEL! Kabir V S [email protected]
