I had placed an order of anubias and some floating plants for my new low tech micro setup. All items were received within in 3 days in good quality. I loved their free shipping for orders above 499. I received 3 plants instead of 6 for the water lettuce order, however the team was quick to acknowledge the error and refund the full amount for the plant. I had placed an order for plants on bunny cart . Due to the mistake of the courier service the plants I received had died on delivery, when I informed this to the people at bunnycart, i was assured that all my order would be replaced free of cost. At first I could not believe what I was hearing. I had never ever dealt with such genuine people who were not only supplying the highest quality products but we're also keeping the interests of the customers in view even if it was at their expense. I then placed another order which also contained some live fish. Not a single fish died on arrival . The packaging was excellent and the quality of fish was superb. Keep it up .
