Recently i ordered 20 plants from bunnycart they all reached to me in good condition... The shipment took 5 days to reach but they all look fresh and healthy... Only disappointment was the quantity ..... I ordered dawrf baby tears when i received it was just a pinch of plant.. which u cant handle by hand.... U need to use twezzer to handle them.. other then that 5 star for everything else... Increase the quantity only suggestion

My order number 000062101 dated 02.03.2022 and was delivered on 11.03.2022...excellent package. the courier reached my door step. I ordered 11 fishes out of which one died..i can understand its not an issue for me.. ..to my surprise there was 10 guppy fries enroute....thank you Bunnycart. I am really happy with the service and response from Bunnycart. I have made multiple orders from here and I have never been completely disappointed. My recent order reached me so early and my planted aquarium seems like heaven for my fishes. I asked them to send me some bigger plants from the ones I ordered, they did. The plants are all healthy and I am sure will do well. I ordered 34 neon tetras to add to my existing aquarium that already had 10 neon tetras and 10 black phantom tetras. The delivery of the fish was timely. I received a call the day before confirming the time and also received a text with their delivery guy's phone number. Seamlessly done. The fish arrived in fine condition - no losses. The sizes varied but none of them were very small in size. Tetras' color tends to fade a little when they are stressed, so that was expected. But the color started to improve from the next day and all of them seem happy with their new home. I lost a couple of fishes in the days following the delivery, maybe they couldn't acclimatise well. Very happy with bunnycart's service. Looking forward to order again if I can make some more space in my home

Packing was very good and secure But I have to go to the courier office to receive it, as it was mentioned home delivery on the website Some plants where good in condition but all pots of hair grass has healthy shoots but their bottom where black and melted More than half melted in first week but some of them are growing after almost one and half week later
