just few problems with packaging of plants, guys please improve your packaging a little bit as the box go's through a lot of mishandling by the train staff , Fishes were absolutely healthy and active .......... great experience , 10 on 10 for customer support . Just had a bad experience with parcel office @ railway station ........... great website please expand more ! ps- this is not paid I am a common man and the experience is true. I recently ordered plants from Bunnycart, and my experience was mostly positive. Most of the plants arrived healthy and vibrant, with the Anubias plant standing out as absolutely stunning—highly recommended for any aquascaper. However, I would advise against ordering soft plants like grass, as they seemed more delicate and less likely to thrive during transit. On the bright side, Bunnycart offers a wide variety of robust stem plants to choose from, making it easy to find options that suit your setup. Overall, a great selection for plant enthusiasts!

Riccia fluitans shown in pics on site are at least an inch size Where as when ordered got it tied on a coin sized stone Not happy with it

i did ordered plants to be delivered to Gurgaon. order#19746. Am so happy to see the consignment reached today with all the plants healthy and properly packed. This is instead of Gurgaon going at 44- 45 c temperatures in the day time. Have already planted them to my tank and look forward for doing more business with Bunnycart team. Excellent service and thanks once again.
