Hi Bunnycart Team/ Reviewers of this Site : I’ve ordered about 50 Fish and 5 Varieties of Plants from Bunnycart and it was delivered on time as promised. All the fish and plants were in extremely good condition and not a single fish died even though it was shipped to Bangalore. I’m extremely glad that I came across this site which supplies fish in any numbers to both retailers and as well as wholesalers at a very very reasonable price unlike other providers who expect retailers to order a minimum of 25-50 pieces of the same fish. The Variety Bunnycart provides is also good and at the same time you can order any mix you want. As soon as you order you get an email with the list of items you’ve ordered and gives you the account into which you will have to deposit the amount, once this is done, their team sends out a confirmation of shipping promptly along with the address and all the details. Throughout my investigation phase about Bunnycart, I was involved with Mr.Rajan who is the Manager of the farm. I must say a Very Very Big Thank you to this Extremely Kind Hearted & Patient Gentleman! He was so patient and in detail explained everything about how things work, how to take care of the plants and fish, how to order, how to look after the parcel and handle it from there on. He encouraged me to call him at any point of time if I had any doubts or concerns. I think he is doing an Excellent Job at Bunnycart, there should be more people like him who would encourage hobbyist’s as well as buyers. Even though I was just a small hobbyist ordering for a minimum sum, he treated me like I was a very big customer and spoke so well. I don’t think many ppl would do this, I’ve ordered fish from Chennai and other local places in Bangalore but no one hardly calls back and checks if everything is fine or if there are any concerns, but Mr Rajan followed up immediately and checked with me if I was happy and offered his time and help anytime. Even during the time I ordered he was very concerned cause I did it in the last minute and he was worried that he might not be able to ship good items to me and he offered me to do it next weekend which I was fine with, but somehow he did manage to ship very good items and in healthy conditions. This is how Genuine sellers should be, whereas others just want to sell as much as possible without looking at customer satisfaction. Really appreciate Mr Rajan’s help and support, I’m sure Bunnycart has found a Great Manager! Nice Things: I had gone thru the reviews , prior to the placement of the order for plants. As mentioned the grass plant supplied is 1'' size only / do not actually resemble with the picture being displayed. BUT IT IS WORTH WHILE TO MENTION THAT THE QUALITY IS EXCELLENT AND THE 1'' PLANT HAS GROWN TO 1 1/2 FEET NOW. All the plants have survived and had shown remarkable growth . But one of the plant supplied had dried out in the transit and finally dead , so i advise bunnycart to do R and D on this matter to avoid plants dry during the period of transit.

On 04-11-2016 I ordered 10 Chilly red guppy, 8 Neon Tetras and 3 Mango Platy and some aquarium plants. On 11-11-2016 I received the parcel but from 21 fishes only 5 alive rest all are dead but all plants are in good condition. I send the unboxing video and details of the dead fishes to Bunnycart customer care mail address. They responded very well and I got call from them and they send me new fishes as a compensation for the dead fishes I received….. I am really delighted by the way Bunnycart handled my concern and I take this opportunity to thank Bunnycart for their customer friendly attitude and services. I would recommend this website to all aquarium lovers for all stuffs related to aquarium.
