Thou It was late while delivering my order but i understand that because of the previous order of other customers. They do called me and inform about the inconvenience. The best thing about "Bunnycart" customer services is they do their best to deliver the product in time or before the time frame. They also kept me update when the mailing time was changed. About the Shrimps now at first I thought that they have sent me the Ghost shrimp but later on they changed back to the actual color once they were introduced to the tank also the size was big than the others, they are doing great and were healthy. I am happy with the service will order more in future.

i got 15 different varieties of guppies unfortunately one of white guppies was handicapped by berth, it cant swim & its body was "U" in shape. they send me this one along with 14 other fishes. that " U" shaped died after 3 days from delivered. it cant swim properly because of U shape . other fishes are fine ..

I ordered aqarium plants from bunnycart..product reached in time..and are in well condition. But the sad part is that they dont supply fishes to odisha..where max people go for live aqarium.. My first order was with some trepidation as all the CartKart websites that "got inspired by"/copied the name from FlipKart seem to be and have been frauds/disappointments. Not so BunnyCart! This is, by now, my most favoured source for aquarium plants! They have a pretty decent collection (okay-ish, actually), * very competitive pricing, * plants come in great condition (some don't survive but that is life!), * the customer care responds unexpectedly fast and * the delivery timing is pretty reasonable. My experience with their preferred DelhiVery is good but sometimes, like life, they mess up and the plants suffer. (Order 54626) Many have given bad review to the whole business on that coin sized Riccia! Come on people, be sensible. Review the product page not the whole site, here, for crying out loud! BunnyCart, increase your plants' inventory and you will be the market leader, I promise! Love, Ra.
