Due to the mistake of the courier service the plants I received had died on delivery, when I informed this to the people at bunnycart, i was assured that all my order would be replaced free of cost. At first I could not believe what I was hearing. Order a couple of times. The packing was nice and durable and everything was delivered in good time and in good shape. Was a little disappointed with the Micranthemoides. Most were so small that you could hardly plant them. Few others had decayed. Some were ok but still small to be planted in my scaped aquarium. Would have been better if it had some roots and was a little big enough to be planted.

Appreciate the effort in delivering the plants, but felt a little disheartened upon receiving them. The plants are extremely small—much smaller than what was shown in the pictures or described by other happy customers. As someone who’s genuinely excited to grow and care for plants, receiving a slightly bigger and healthier one would have been truly encouraging. I’m sure this must be an oversight, and I trust your team values customer experience. Looking forward to a better experience ahead.

I have ordered around 10 plants from Bunnycart. The plants were so nicely packed and marked with their scientific names. I got delivery in 1 day. Only Ludwigia repens lost some of its leaves, otherwise all other plants were well grown and fertilized. Quantity is also perfect, what you see is what you get. Thanks Bunnycart team.
