Though was gambling a little when ordered so much in first instance that too being a hobbyist only. To my surprise it was a very nice and happy experience. The only problem was with RAILWAY staff uncooperative while unloading the parcel. Customer care and account people were more than cooperative, changed my order once after consulting with the manager on his advise about the compatibility of fishes. Packaging was great, out of 50+ fishes only 1 died. All fishes were in good health and larger than I was expecting almost all were adults. All are in good condition even after 2 weeks. Nice colours and variety. Plant were good too, all flourishing now. Food was just packed not like your LFS where it's already expired. internal filter was so much cheap. First of all, I must say I was very impressed with the packaging and delivery. I ordered on Tuesday, 1st Jan, which is a holiday and got my order delivered on Thursday 3rd Jan. Coming to the order, I ordered 4 type of plants. They were are healthy and the quantity was OK. But I was very very disappointed with the quantity of Hydrocotyle tripartita. They were hardly anything in it. Overall good experience as this was my test order and hence I ordered only for the minimum amount . Shipping and packaging - Excellent. 5/5 Variety - Great 4/5 Quantity - Poor 1/5 Overall - Fair 2/5

It was an awesome experience. My local vendors do not have so may variety of fishes, plants etc. I ordered around 50 fishes from Delhi. I received them in very good condition. Overall it was hassle-free and still only two fishes have died rest all are fine which proves that excellent quality o f the fishes are supplied. Hats off to Team Bunnycart.

I ordered 50 guppies and a sucker fish through bunnycart. I feel very pleased with the supply and customer support provided by them. I live thousands of mile away from the location where they breed the fishes but still due to nice packaging and support, none of the fishes died during travel and I feel elated in recommend them to those within my circle who are passionate about their fishes and other pets.
