I have ordered many plants from bunnycart for my betta tank. I have received all my plants in good condition despite some hurdles in delivery. Only one plant was damaged which was acceptable as the delivery took almost 9 days. The bunnycart helpdesk helped me get my package safely. I had placed an order of anubias and some floating plants for my new low tech micro setup. All items were received within in 3 days in good quality. I loved their free shipping for orders above 499. I received 3 plants instead of 6 for the water lettuce order, however the team was quick to acknowledge the error and refund the full amount for the plant.
