I had placed an order for plants on bunny cart . Due to the mistake of the courier service the plants I received had died on delivery, when I informed this to the people at bunnycart, i was assured that all my order would be replaced free of cost. At first I could not believe what I was hearing. I had never ever dealt with such genuine people who were not only supplying the highest quality products but we're also keeping the interests of the customers in view even if it was at their expense. I then placed another order which also contained some live fish. Not a single fish died on arrival . The packaging was excellent and the quality of fish was superb. Keep it up . I have ordered many plants from bunnycart for my betta tank. I have received all my plants in good condition despite some hurdles in delivery. Only one plant was damaged which was acceptable as the delivery took almost 9 days. The bunnycart helpdesk helped me get my package safely. I really appreciate the team's hardwork and amazing service. Looking forward to stock more plants in the future

It was my 1st experience of purchasing a plant online. The good thing is packaging is solid and sturdy, I recvd in hyderabad after 5 days and the blotting paper was still wet, secondly as a 1st time buyer i added quantity of 2 duckweed, 1 foxtail and 1 guppygrass . quantity is very less and is according to price, so if u want more add minimum 5 in cart. giving 4 stars as it was shipped only on Aug 2 where as the order was made on jul 31
