It was my 1st experience of purchasing a plant online. The good thing is packaging is solid and sturdy, I recvd in hyderabad after 5 days and the blotting paper was still wet, secondly as a 1st time buyer i added quantity of 2 duckweed, 1 foxtail and 1 guppygrass . quantity is very less and is according to price, so if u want more add minimum 5 in cart. giving 4 stars as it was shipped only on Aug 2 where as the order was made on jul 31

i don't know whether yu bunnycart guys know tripura,but this state is a big market for aquarium fish and plants ,god knows why you haven't put up a transportation location for it. There are not many shops in here but the one who owns them are really making a lot of money . people in here are mad about aquariums.

All plants courtesy Bunnycart. The experience mostly have been pleasant apart from a couple of hiccups where the incorrect plants were shipped however healthy.

They offer very prompt service. I recieved my order with a slight delay because of local holiday and one of the plants was half dead. I sent them pictures and they have been understanding in the sense that i wasn't sure the plant would survive. they thought it would . Still they refunded the amount into my bank account. I have ordered 3 times and overall experience is good . Just need to work upon status followups and time bounding by Courier. Rest all was good . Keep it up . 100 marks for internal packaging but the courier destroys main Carton brown box always .
