Though was gambling a little when ordered so much in first instance that too being a hobbyist only. To my surprise it was a very nice and happy experience. The only problem was with RAILWAY staff uncooperative while unloading the parcel. Customer care and account people were more than cooperative, changed my order once after consulting with the manager on his advise about the compatibility of fishes. Packaging was great, out of 50+ fishes only 1 died. All fishes were in good health and larger than I was expecting almost all were adults. All are in good condition even after 2 weeks. Nice colours and variety. Plant were good too, all flourishing now. Food was just packed not like your LFS where it's already expired. internal filter was so much cheap. I was initially skeptical about how this will be delivered. The packaging was great and good instructions. Very happy and planning to buy more stuff. Keep it up guys, i am sure you can capture the bangalore market!!. Excellent from a cost and service point of view.

i did ordered plants to be delivered to Gurgaon. order#19746. Am so happy to see the consignment reached today with all the plants healthy and properly packed. This is instead of Gurgaon going at 44- 45 c temperatures in the day time. Have already planted them to my tank and look forward for doing more business with Bunnycart team.
