I had placed an order for plants on bunny cart . Due to the mistake of the courier service the plants I received had died on delivery, when I informed this to the people at bunnycart, i was assured that all my order would be replaced free of cost. At first I could not believe what I was hearing. I had never ever dealt with such genuine people who were not only supplying the highest quality products but we're also keeping the interests of the customers in view even if it was at their expense. I then placed another order which also contained some live fish. Not a single fish died on arrival . The packaging was excellent and the quality of fish was superb. Keep it up . Service from bunny cart is impeccable and so far the items I have ordered reached in time and plants as well as d fishes ND shrimps were alive and good. I hve a few suggestions to make like adding more varieties of aquarium plants, fish, shrimps etc. Thank you

Plants are in good quality, but the size of the pot & plant were small. I'm not 100% satisfied with size of plant. Overall it is a decent purchase and i would recommend. It would be wonderful if BC could increase the varieties of fishes, tanks,aquarium accessories, invertebrates etc...

Packing was very good and secure But I have to go to the courier office to receive it, as it was mentioned home delivery on the website Some plants where good in condition but all pots of hair grass has healthy shoots but their bottom where black and melted More than half melted in first week but some of them are growing after almost one and half week later
