Was skeptical about ordering something live online especially shrimps, as these are delicate creatures..ordered around 16 of them for my mixed shrimp tank....came in to nearest KSRTC bus stand ( kollam) 1 day after it was dispatched no complains on that ..packaging was really nice opened the box everybody was really healthy and quick (no deaths) . Drip acclimated them for 3hrs and then put them in my tank ,next day no deaths all doing really well and also molting well. Will do business with Bunnycart in the future. :) Only complaint ...the shrimps are not adult sized but are juveniles but it ok :)

Dear Team, I had ordered microworm starter culture. I would like to mention that the culture was not at all good. I barely found some microworm in that, which were not sufficient to start the culture. Plants which ordered twice from Bunnycart was good except few plants. Kindly improve in starter culture sector. I ordered 15 items from this site. Price was good.took 7 to 8 days to reach my home by fedex. At first i thought by the time It reaches me the plants will be all rotten but due to good airtight Packing it survived. Almost all of them are can be planted and i hope They will survive. Fingers crossed
