I ordered 34 neon tetras to add to my existing aquarium that already had 10 neon tetras and 10 black phantom tetras. The delivery of the fish was timely. I received a call the day before confirming the time and also received a text with their delivery guy's phone number. Seamlessly done. The fish arrived in fine condition - no losses. The sizes varied but none of them were very small in size. Tetras' color tends to fade a little when they are stressed, so that was expected. But the color started to improve from the next day and all of them seem happy with their new home. I lost a couple of fishes in the days following the delivery, maybe they couldn't acclimatise well. Very happy with bunnycart's service. Looking forward to order again if I can make some more space in my home

Dear Team, I had ordered microworm starter culture. I would like to mention that the culture was not at all good. I barely found some microworm in that, which were not sufficient to start the culture. Plants which ordered twice from Bunnycart was good except few plants. Kindly improve in starter culture sector. Ordered dwarf hair grass and java moss for the first time from this site. The packaging was great and the delivery was also very fast. The plants were in great condition. Will definitely order more from this site.

First of all, I must say I was very impressed with the packaging and delivery. I ordered on Tuesday, 1st Jan, which is a holiday and got my order delivered on Thursday 3rd Jan. Coming to the order, I ordered 4 type of plants. They were are healthy and the quantity was OK. But I was very very disappointed with the quantity of Hydrocotyle tripartita. They were hardly anything in it. Overall good experience as this was my test order and hence I ordered only for the minimum amount . Shipping and packaging - Excellent. 5/5 Variety - Great 4/5 Quantity - Poor 1/5 Overall - Fair 2/5

I ordered totally 7 different Water Plants including Moss. The items are really too good. No words to express my happiness. After having remained in transit for nearly 5 days till its delivery to me today @ 1.45 pm, all the plants remained intact, except for little bit of leaves rottening and becoming yellowish in colour for the grass plants [2 pots]. I am really really thankful to Bunnycart for all the BEST QUALITY items supplied, having TRUE VALUE for the money spent and HIGHEST ORDER of SATISFACTION for my ownself. Special thanks to Mr. Praan for all the efforts he had put in to ensure that delivery is not getting delayed further by Bluedart Courier at my end.
