Except for Rotala Blood Red out of the 9 species of plants I ordered ,reached me in a perfect healthy condition. I would n't Blame Bunnycart for Rotala ,it's just delay in shipping by FedEx. I love the plants,though the quantity seems a lill' less..They have Lush Green foliage and loads of roots. I'm really happy ordering from Bunnycart and YES I ll be coming back for more..A big

I ordered aquarium live items for the first time online. I had very good experience. received all plants in great condition. Since the first experience was good, I ordered more plants and fishes with shrimps today. Hope I receive the fishes and shrimps too in good condition

All plants courtesy Bunnycart. The experience mostly have been pleasant apart from a couple of hiccups where the incorrect plants were shipped however healthy.

I ordered for different types of shrimps except one black sakura all others are healthy. Altogether i got only 13 shrimps. I ordered 14 shrimps. One brown sakura was missing. But no problem, i am happy. My orange sakura started to breed. Now my tank is full of orange sakuras. I am really satisfied. Will buy more from u.

Bunnycart is doing great in its field.The service given is excellent and the refund policy of Bunnycart is really easy and quick besides there are no questions. Moreover Bunnycart needs to sort out a few things 1)The plants which they send should be same as ordered (I ordered 2 varieties and received both different unlike images) 2)Fishes provided should be mature ones and should be checked before delivery (I received an abnormal female) 3)Moreover fishes are always out of stock which gets a problem while ordering cause you don't get all you want to .Some fishes are out of stock from about 6-7 months (like Blue Moscow guppy) 4)More varieties of fishes with more types must be introduced. Overall the experience although was great with all fishes and the plants although different enhance the look. I would like to shop again at Bunnycart. .

Thou It was late while delivering my order but i understand that because of the previous order of other customers. They do called me and inform about the inconvenience. The best thing about "Bunnycart" customer services is they do their best to deliver the product in time or before the time frame. They also kept me update when the mailing time was changed. About the Shrimps now at first I thought that they have sent me the Ghost shrimp but later on they changed back to the actual color once they were introduced to the tank also the size was big than the others, they are doing great and were healthy. I am happy with the service will order more in future.
