I had placed an order for plants on bunny cart . Due to the mistake of the courier service the plants I received had died on delivery, when I informed this to the people at bunnycart, i was assured that all my order would be replaced free of cost. At first I could not believe what I was hearing. All plants were in good condition but the guppies i received 2 of them had come with fins cut and did not survive. rest other platys are healthy

I've quarantine them as they are expected to give fry's any time now. Very Good quality of Java Moss send ( except that the quantity was less ). Please try to include premium quality products such as filters ( all types) /air pumps/heaters/drift wood/lighting's/water conditioners/live bacteria for cycle/medicine for fish/substrates . .etc from Hagen, fluval, Ehiem. I got my first order from bunnycart yesterday. I think it will take minimum one week, but received in 4 days. Some leaves of "Bacopa monnieri" was yellowish and it was too small to plant also. But overall it was good. Next i want to try some guppies and Aquarium Soil. But Aquarium Soil was out of stock from last 2 weeks, I think they will restock soon.

It was an awesome experience. My local vendors do not have so may variety of fishes, plants etc. I ordered around 50 fishes from Delhi. I received them in very good condition. Overall it was hassle-free and still only two fishes have died rest all are fine which proves that excellent quality o f the fishes are supplied. Hats off to Team Bunnycart.

i don't know whether yu bunnycart guys know tripura,but this state is a big market for aquarium fish and plants ,god knows why you haven't put up a transportation location for it. There are not many shops in here but the one who owns them are really making a lot of money . people in here are mad about aquariums.
