I had little doubt before placing the order and I had no idea that such a service actually exist in India. However just got the first order delivered yesterday. All the fishes are very active and healthy. Packaging was nice and the order was delivered within 3rd day to my surprise. They called and let me know before shipping the order and even though they didn't have one of my ordered item in stock but they took my permission and changed the item with a nice choice. I received 3 plants instead of 6 for the water lettuce order, however the team was quick to acknowledge the error and refund the full amount for the plant. First i ordered plants from other site i got ripped off, not that they didn't sent me the order, they sent it via surface currior and it took 15 days to reach me in surat from Chennai. But then i found out about bunnycart from reddit reviews, and i am very happy that i choose to order, my order value was, 1500, but they gave free shipping via air, i got the order next day they shipped from cochin hub.
