Hi, This was my second order with Bunnycart. I'm very happy to have received the order in time and in excellent condition. Thanks a lot for sending me female Guppy's. I've quarantine them as they are expected to give fry's any time now. Very Good quality of Java Moss send ( except that the quantity was less ). Please try to include premium quality products such as filters ( all types) /air pumps/heaters/drift wood/lighting's/water conditioners/live bacteria for cycle/medicine for fish/substrates . .etc from Hagen, fluval, Ehiem. I was browsing over the internet for some aquarium plants and i went to this website..The appearance of website looks fraudulent but even thought of giving a change so booked some aquatic plants..Just waiting for the order to be processed soon. if everything goes well i am gonna book in large quantities... I am rating the website 1 star as i have no other option to be kept blank..

I recently ordered plants from Bunnycart, and my experience was mostly positive. Most of the plants arrived healthy and vibrant, with the Anubias plant standing out as absolutely stunning—highly recommended for any aquascaper. However, I would advise against ordering soft plants like grass, as they seemed more delicate and less likely to thrive during transit. On the bright side, Bunnycart offers a wide variety of robust stem plants to choose from, making it easy to find options that suit your setup. Overall, a great selection for plant enthusiasts!

On 04-11-2016 I ordered 10 Chilly red guppy, 8 Neon Tetras and 3 Mango Platy and some aquarium plants. On 11-11-2016 I received the parcel but from 21 fishes only 5 alive rest all are dead but all plants are in good condition. I send the unboxing video and details of the dead fishes to Bunnycart customer care mail address. They responded very well and I got call from them and they send me new fishes as a compensation for the dead fishes I received….. I am really delighted by the way Bunnycart handled my concern and I take this opportunity to thank Bunnycart for their customer friendly attitude and services. I would recommend this website to all aquarium lovers for all stuffs related to aquarium.
