This is my second experience with online shopping for live aquarium fish and I must say that the entire process right from the time of placing the order to delivery was amazingly easy and without a hitch. I'm a home fish enthusiast from Goa and my earlier online experience was with a seller from Chennai and not a happy one so I was not sure about this purchase. However the smooth process of placing the order, helpful communication and surprisingly speedy dispatch was a welcome relief. A special word of appreciation for the Manager who was very helpful with advice and assisted at different stages of my purchase. Will definitely patronise again and recommend to friends. I m vighnesh Naidu from Mumbai, I order aquarium plants from Bunny cart..to see their product and service because in India there are very few genuine good service for aquatic live plants so I want to try out their service but to my surprise by far I got best service and delivery from Bunnycart 1. Quick dispatch and delivery less than 3 day with bluedart courier. 2. Arrived in perfect condition like bunny cart is only in India I think that deliver plant with pot and cup with nicely pack and only in India with label names of plant in them, which i liked very much. Keep up the good work India need more service like this. 3. All plants fresh, no cons from it. So I will be regular customer from now on. Thank you Bunnycart

I had ordered assorted plants. Received my courier today. Packing was excellent, and most plants were healthy. Plants were packed with care and very less leaf loss. Azola has turned brown mostly, valesneria was a disappointment with brown and broken leaves. cryptocorns are too small. Overall plant size is smaller than those available from my local vendor. Good healthy plants. need to observe over the next few days. 4 1/2 stars. i would have given 5 stars if valesneria were intact.

Was skeptical about ordering something live online especially shrimps, as these are delicate creatures..ordered around 16 of them for my mixed shrimp tank....came in to nearest KSRTC bus stand ( kollam) 1 day after it was dispatched no complains on that ..packaging was really nice opened the box everybody was really healthy and quick (no deaths) . Drip acclimated them for 3hrs and then put them in my tank ,next day no deaths all doing really well and also molting well. Will do business with Bunnycart in the future. :) Only complaint ...the shrimps are not adult sized but are juveniles but it ok :)

I would say Bunnycart is a genuine gem for Aquarium hobbyists, I am amazed by there professional service they deliver. Great stock, reasonable rates, quick delivery and very professional attitude. In case of delay, they asked me If I wanted to have refund confirmation and once I confirmed they returned all my money in minutes, no questions asked.

Brilliant! First time buying plants online. The variety offered was refreshing and to top that the prices were better than our local stores. So ordered a few and free delivery is always welcome. Best of all package arrived in 2 days of ordering. Everything packed neat and tidy. Already recommended them to a friend.
