just few problems with packaging of plants, guys please improve your packaging a little bit as the box go's through a lot of mishandling by the train staff , Fishes were absolutely healthy and active .......... great experience , 10 on 10 for customer support . Just had a bad experience with parcel office @ railway station ........... great website please expand more ! ps- this is not paid I am a common man and the experience is true. Honestly, I ordered 11 plants and I was expecting 2-3 plants might die while shipping due to heat. I received the order in just 4 days and not a single plant died. Packaging was perfect they provide silicon gel to keep plants cool. They all arrived in healthy condition. I'll surely buy more from them in future.
