Due to the mistake of the courier service the plants I received had died on delivery, when I informed this to the people at bunnycart, i was assured that all my order would be replaced free of cost. At first I could not believe what I was hearing. Think it’s my second order from bunnycart The delivery was quick ,packing was good and the plants arrived in good shape with tracking provided. Only thing was the vals were cut and some of them broken due to the tight packing .Concerned abt the floating plants as some of the leaves are black …but compared to other online store ….satisfied…Thanks guys

Dear Team, I had ordered microworm starter culture. I would like to mention that the culture was not at all good. I barely found some microworm in that, which were not sufficient to start the culture. Plants which ordered twice from Bunnycart was good except few plants. Kindly improve in starter culture sector.
