Appreciate the effort in delivering the plants, but felt a little disheartened upon receiving them. The plants are extremely small—much smaller than what was shown in the pictures or described by other happy customers. As someone who’s genuinely excited to grow and care for plants, receiving a slightly bigger and healthier one would have been truly encouraging. I’m sure this must be an oversight, and I trust your team values customer experience. Looking forward to a better experience ahead.

Plants received in 2 days. Was concerned about the quality but all plants were well packed and in good condition. As this was my first time ordering online and not having any knowledge about plant names and their placement in tank, i had to go through my order list and very thanks to all the details of each plants provided on website.
