Thou It was late while delivering my order but i understand that because of the previous order of other customers. They do called me and inform about the inconvenience. The best thing about "Bunnycart" customer services is they do their best to deliver the product in time or before the time frame. They also kept me update when the mailing time was changed. About the Shrimps now at first I thought that they have sent me the Ghost shrimp but later on they changed back to the actual color once they were introduced to the tank also the size was big than the others, they are doing great and were healthy. I am happy with the service will order more in future.

First i ordered plants from other site i got ripped off, not that they didn't sent me the order, they sent it via surface currior and it took 15 days to reach me in surat from Chennai. But then i found out about bunnycart from reddit reviews, and i am very happy that i choose to order, my order value was, 1500, but they gave free shipping via air, i got the order next day they shipped from cochin hub. I will use them again n again. Very happy with the service

The plants were all in reality Good condition and none were dead or rotten. Its my 4th time tht im buying live plants from bunnycart n 2 times it was perfect service by bunnycart ltr 3rd time bcoz of courier pplz my order got missing n when i raise my issue to bunnycart they refund all my money immediately n 4th time again it was issue created by courier pplz as they misplaced my order n again bunnycart help me out with it n i received my live plants so its been satisfying purchase from bunnycart they r best in thr service for fulfilling aquarium needs i give 5 star to bunnycart..
