Was skeptical about ordering something live online especially shrimps, as these are delicate creatures..ordered around 16 of them for my mixed shrimp tank....came in to nearest KSRTC bus stand ( kollam) 1 day after it was dispatched no complains on that ..packaging was really nice opened the box everybody was really healthy and quick (no deaths) . Drip acclimated them for 3hrs and then put them in my tank ,next day no deaths all doing really well and also molting well. Will do business with Bunnycart in the future. :) Only complaint ...the shrimps are not adult sized but are juveniles but it ok :)

I had placed an order for plants on bunny cart . Due to the mistake of the courier service the plants I received had died on delivery, when I informed this to the people at bunnycart, i was assured that all my order would be replaced free of cost. At first I could not believe what I was hearing. I had never ever dealt with such genuine people who were not only supplying the highest quality products but we're also keeping the interests of the customers in view even if it was at their expense. I then placed another order which also contained some live fish. Not a single fish died on arrival . The packaging was excellent and the quality of fish was superb. Keep it up . It's a good website I live in Odisha which is very far from Kerala I received my order within 5 days which was good but I well that the plant might suffer or die but surprisingly or the plants where ok and in good conditions it's obvious that they are wear some yellows in the leaves and all but basically they were good I put them immediately in the water after 5 days also humidity was maintained in the pouches and ice packs were also provided and plants were very cheap and quantity only I felt that plants with the pot quantities less but the stems are very good anyways as this is manageable as if you buy this plants online if you have to pay a lot thank you Bunny cart ❤️

When i ordered first time, except hyg. corymbosa all the other plants were of very small size and unhealthy.eventualy of them died. This time, i made i was specific about good size and healthy plants. And i recieved hyg.,. difformiss in big size with many leaves, healthy and big size. St. repens was tiny as expected, but still healthy.. Happy with this purchase..
