I ordered 34 neon tetras to add to my existing aquarium that already had 10 neon tetras and 10 black phantom tetras. The delivery of the fish was timely. I received a call the day before confirming the time and also received a text with their delivery guy's phone number. Seamlessly done. The fish arrived in fine condition - no losses. The sizes varied but none of them were very small in size. Tetras' color tends to fade a little when they are stressed, so that was expected. But the color started to improve from the next day and all of them seem happy with their new home. I lost a couple of fishes in the days following the delivery, maybe they couldn't acclimatise well. Very happy with bunnycart's service. Looking forward to order again if I can make some more space in my home

Plants are in good quality, but the size of the pot & plant were small. I'm not 100% satisfied with size of plant. Overall it is a decent purchase and i would recommend. It would be wonderful if BC could increase the varieties of fishes, tanks,aquarium accessories, invertebrates etc...

Java moss was of excellent quality. However, dwarf hairgrass and amzon sword was half wilted when received. Rotala wallichii was good. Didn't received dwarf lily but was refunded money immediately. Customer service is very good.

I ordered for plants. Wowwwwwww. Amazing Services. The Plants were delivered within 3 days from Kerala to Delhi. Quality of Plants was exceptional, even better than those I purchase from local store. The packing of plants was so well done; each plant in a separate packet and packet labelled with plant name. Prices of the Plants were very very competitive. Honestly, I ordered 11 plants and I was expecting 2-3 plants might die while shipping due to heat. I received the order in just 4 days and not a single plant died. Packaging was perfect they provide silicon gel to keep plants cool. They all arrived in healthy condition. I'll surely buy more from them in future. Bunnycart please keep more varieties of fisheries and their accessories
