Due to the mistake of the courier service the plants I received had died on delivery, when I informed this to the people at bunnycart, i was assured that all my order would be replaced free of cost. At first I could not believe what I was hearing. However, I would advise against ordering soft plants like grass, as they seemed more delicate and less likely to thrive during transit.
