Ordered few plants from Bunnycart. I must say that I was a bit skeptical at first, at the fact of live plants and live fish being sold online and the quality of them. But I was pretty impressed with the condition of the live plants that arrived and the packaging as well. Java Moss was provided in a real good quantity as well. Service too was prompt. I recently discovered this website. Initially i was surprised to see such a service in India. I was skeptical to order but gave it a try. But to my surprise this is one of the most genuine website i have ever encountered when it comes to buying pets online. As advertised the fishes are delivered promptly. The best thing is they call you beforehand to inform you that you would be at your residence to receive your little precious pets. I have already ordered 3 times from them because of the quality. Fishes delivered are very healthy and active. When it comes to aquatic plants here you can get value for money. Plants are very cheap and good quality. Thou It was late while delivering my order but i understand that because of the previous order of other customers. They do called me and inform about the inconvenience. The best thing about "Bunnycart" customer services is they do their best to deliver the product in time or before the time frame. They also kept me update when the mailing time was changed. About the Shrimps now at first I thought that they have sent me the Ghost shrimp but later on they changed back to the actual color once they were introduced to the tank also the size was big than the others, they are doing great and were healthy. I am happy with the service will order more in future.

Appreciate the effort in delivering the plants, but felt a little disheartened upon receiving them. The plants are extremely small—much smaller than what was shown in the pictures or described by other happy customers. As someone who’s genuinely excited to grow and care for plants, receiving a slightly bigger and healthier one would have been truly encouraging. I’m sure this must be an oversight, and I trust your team values customer experience. Looking forward to a better experience ahead.

I had placed an order of anubias and some floating plants for my new low tech micro setup. All items were received within in 3 days in good quality. I loved their free shipping for orders above 499. I received 3 plants instead of 6 for the water lettuce order, however the team was quick to acknowledge the error and refund the full amount for the plant. Overall this was a pleasant purchase experience and I will surely buy again. Thanks team bunnycart.
