I ordered several plants and aquarium substrate for my 50 gallon tank. Got very good support on phone. Definitely recommend the seller. Few suggestions... Most of the plants are out of stock.. pls maintain your stock. Please improve on packing of live plants. Rest is Ok. Thanks

I never knew there was a live fish delivered home. Best in class service. Plants and fishes are nicely packed. All healthy. Waiting for my second aquarium to be ready for the next order

I had placed an order for plants on bunny cart . Due to the mistake of the courier service the plants I received had died on delivery, when I informed this to the people at bunnycart, i was assured that all my order would be replaced free of cost. At first I could not believe what I was hearing. I had never ever dealt with such genuine people who were not only supplying the highest quality products but we're also keeping the interests of the customers in view even if it was at their expense. I then placed another order which also contained some live fish. Not a single fish died on arrival . The packaging was excellent and the quality of fish was superb. Keep it up . Why all the plants listed are not available at a time. Its very difficult for us to place order and that's why we contact local aquariums. please make sure the availability of all the plants and add more plants to the catalogue. thanks and regards gopakumar
