They offer very prompt service. I recieved my order with a slight delay because of local holiday and one of the plants was half dead. I sent them pictures and they have been understanding in the sense that i wasn't sure the plant would survive. they thought it would . Still they refunded the amount into my bank account. I m vighnesh Naidu from Mumbai, I order aquarium plants from Bunny cart..to see their product and service because in India there are very few genuine good service for aquatic live plants so I want to try out their service but to my surprise by far I got best service and delivery from Bunnycart 1. Quick dispatch and delivery less than 3 day with bluedart courier. 2. Arrived in perfect condition like bunny cart is only in India I think that deliver plant with pot and cup with nicely pack and only in India with label names of plant in them, which i liked very much. Try to add different varieties of mosses and try to make available java moss as early as possible also lower its price...250 rs for a bunch is far too costly..as the plant grows well in all possible setups...thank you

When i ordered first time, except hyg. corymbosa all the other plants were of very small size and unhealthy.eventualy of them died. This time, i made i was specific about good size and healthy plants. And i recieved hyg.,. difformiss in big size with many leaves, healthy and big size. St. repens was tiny as expected, but still healthy.. Happy with this purchase..
