I have ordered 4 types of plants, for which delivery was on time and packaging was also superb but a little upset about the plants as some of those haven't roots and they are small even I am in doubt it will survive or not. Can you please suggest me to plant water cabbage, can I use soil to plant these small water cabbage.

The best part is the delivery and package. It was fast and the plants arrived in good condition, but that one of the two leaves of the dwarf lily was cut while packing. While I look forward to ordering more in the future, i also have a few suggestions to bunnycart based on my experience with it. 1. Please take care to get the plants that are snail free. The plants brought with it snail eggs and its been less than a week since introducing the plants and I am spending most of my time picking out tiny snails that are having a feast on my plants. 2. The dwarf lily I ordered came poorly packed for a lily. It would have been better to pack it with a little water In a plastic cover at the least for that is one easily hurt plant. Also check the plant quality. I ordered it expecting a tiny tuber at the least and it turned out that the plant was Propagated from the root. I understand these things have more to do with the original sellers that cultivate them. Still i hope bunnycart will look into it. The fish feed was good, and the plants were in good condition. I also bought Aquarium sand and white sugar sand and really satisfied with the purchase.

Bought Aome AqautIc plants Including Java moss.Took 5 days to deliver but Came in a excellent condition although some aquatic plants leaves turned yellowish colour due to shipping i guess.. But no complains.

I had placed an order for plants on bunny cart . Due to the mistake of the courier service the plants I received had died on delivery, when I informed this to the people at bunnycart, i was assured that all my order would be replaced free of cost. At first I could not believe what I was hearing. I had never ever dealt with such genuine people who were not only supplying the highest quality products but we're also keeping the interests of the customers in view even if it was at their expense. I then placed another order which also contained some live fish. Not a single fish died on arrival . The packaging was excellent and the quality of fish was superb. Keep it up . I'v e recently ordered few plants and they were all delivered in great condition, only thing that bothered me was the size of 2-3 plants. Other than that great service overall ! Please bring in more variety and expand live fish shipping to other cities too!

Hi I ordered fish from Bunnycart to be shipped to Bangalore. It was promptly serviced with on time updates through SMS and emails.
