Thou It was late while delivering my order but i understand that because of the previous order of other customers. They do called me and inform about the inconvenience. The best thing about "Bunnycart" customer services is they do their best to deliver the product in time or before the time frame. They also kept me update when the mailing time was changed. About the Shrimps now at first I thought that they have sent me the Ghost shrimp but later on they changed back to the actual color once they were introduced to the tank also the size was big than the others, they are doing great and were healthy. Except hair grass and Vallisneria all plants are in good condition. Everyone should avoid buying tall plants because by the time it reaches at your doorstep it dries and dies. Happy Aquascaping

I ordered totally 7 different Water Plants including Moss. The items are really too good. No words to express my happiness. After having remained in transit for nearly 5 days till its delivery to me today @ 1.45 pm, all the plants remained intact, except for little bit of leaves rottening and becoming yellowish in colour for the grass plants [2 pots]. I am really really thankful to Bunnycart for all the BEST QUALITY items supplied, having TRUE VALUE for the money spent and HIGHEST ORDER of SATISFACTION for my ownself.
