I had placed an order of anubias and some floating plants for my new low tech micro setup. All items were received within in 3 days in good quality. I loved their free shipping for orders above 499. I received 3 plants instead of 6 for the water lettuce order, however the team was quick to acknowledge the error and refund the full amount for the plant. I have ordered 3 times and overall experience is good . Just need to work upon status followups and time bounding by Courier. Rest all was good . Keep it up . 100 marks for internal packaging but the courier destroys main Carton brown box always .
