This is my second experience with online shopping for live aquarium fish and I must say that the entire process right from the time of placing the order to delivery was amazingly easy and without a hitch. I'm a home fish enthusiast from Goa and my earlier online experience was with a seller from Chennai and not a happy one so I was not sure about this purchase. However the smooth process of placing the order, helpful communication and surprisingly speedy dispatch was a welcome relief. A special word of appreciation for the Manager who was very helpful with advice and assisted at different stages of my purchase. Will definitely patronise again and recommend to friends. I had ordered assorted plants. Received my courier today. Packing was excellent, and most plants were healthy. Plants were packed with care and very less leaf loss. Azola has turned brown mostly, valesneria was a disappointment with brown and broken leaves. cryptocorns are too small. Overall plant size is smaller than those available from my local vendor. Good healthy plants. need to observe over the next few days. 4 1/2 stars. i would have given 5 stars if valesneria were intact.
