It was my very first order & I ordered for : Vallisneria nana , Dwarf Hairgrass and Aquarium soil altogether. The packaging and the shipment was great, but a few of the Vallisneria nana died. Its my 4th time tht im buying live plants from bunnycart n 2 times it was perfect service by bunnycart ltr 3rd time bcoz of courier pplz my order got missing n when i raise my issue to bunnycart they refund all my money immediately n 4th time again it was issue created by courier pplz as they misplaced my order n again bunnycart help me out with it n i received my live plants so its been satisfying purchase from bunnycart they r best in thr service for fulfilling aquarium needs i give 5 star to bunnycart..
