just few problems with packaging of plants, guys please improve your packaging a little bit as the box go's through a lot of mishandling by the train staff , Fishes were absolutely healthy and active .......... great experience , 10 on 10 for customer support . Just had a bad experience with parcel office @ railway station ........... great website please expand more ! ps- this is not paid I am a common man and the experience is true. I had ordered a coconut shell, a few plant stems and potted plants for my new aquarium. Received the consignment under a week at Kolkata. The packing was superb to say the least. All the plants, be it stems or pots were in excellent condition. Surprised to see such professional approach. Happy to suggest you guys to my friends.
