Hi readers, I am residing in Bangalore, Last week i.e on 06-05-2015 Wednesady, I had ordered for home delivery of 26 fishes, 4 plants and 3 fish foods from bunnycart store . On 10-05-2015 i.e on Sunday by 09:15pm sharp i received the parcel with live fishes and plants. For my surprise all the 26 fishes and 4 plants were live in active and healthy condition. Great and very good packing with necessary oxygen level for transportation. Bunnycart is good online store with all varieties of aquatic products and has a good customer care support with highly skilled and talented persons for answering all the questions regarding aquatic products and transportation. This is my first purchase from the site. I am overall satisfied with the purchase. Packaging was good. I ordered 13 shrimps. The orange Sakura and the Ghost are of great quality. However i am not very satisfied with the red cherry shrimps, the colors are not good. But given the price, i am ok to compromise. All the shrimps were alive, it took 6 days for completion of my order, the prices are also competetive. I would recommend others buying from here. P.S please improve the quality of Red Cherry Shrimps.

First of all, I must say I was very impressed with the packaging and delivery. I ordered on Tuesday, 1st Jan, which is a holiday and got my order delivered on Thursday 3rd Jan. Coming to the order, I ordered 4 type of plants. They were are healthy and the quantity was OK. But I was very very disappointed with the quantity of Hydrocotyle tripartita. They were hardly anything in it. Overall good experience as this was my test order and hence I ordered only for the minimum amount . Shipping and packaging - Excellent. 5/5 Variety - Great 4/5 Quantity - Poor 1/5 Overall - Fair 2/5

Appreciate the effort in delivering the plants, but felt a little disheartened upon receiving them. The plants are extremely small—much smaller than what was shown in the pictures or described by other happy customers. As someone who’s genuinely excited to grow and care for plants, receiving a slightly bigger and healthier one would have been truly encouraging. I’m sure this must be an oversight, and I trust your team values customer experience. Looking forward to a better experience ahead.
