I have ordered many plants from bunnycart for my betta tank. I have received all my plants in good condition despite some hurdles in delivery. Only one plant was damaged which was acceptable as the delivery took almost 9 days. The bunnycart helpdesk helped me get my package safely. It's a good website I live in Odisha which is very far from Kerala I received my order within 5 days which was good but I well that the plant might suffer or die but surprisingly or the plants where ok and in good conditions it's obvious that they are wear some yellows in the leaves and all but basically they were good I put them immediately in the water after 5 days also humidity was maintained in the pouches and ice packs were also provided and plants were very cheap and quantity only I felt that plants with the pot quantities less but the stems are very good anyways as this is manageable as if you buy this plants online if you have to pay a lot thank you Bunny cart ❤️

I have ordered 4 buckets of plants but 3 have dead plants 20% and 1 was empty bucket only mud was there on 30th november. Uploaded the images but resolution is awaited Because my main order was for food so as per their policy 50% damage must be there so I think there would not be any support because my 60% order was for food and 40% is only plants still hope for a positive reply. Food was good no doubt.
