This is my second experience with online shopping for live aquarium fish and I must say that the entire process right from the time of placing the order to delivery was amazingly easy and without a hitch. I'm a home fish enthusiast from Goa and my earlier online experience was with a seller from Chennai and not a happy one so I was not sure about this purchase. However the smooth process of placing the order, helpful communication and surprisingly speedy dispatch was a welcome relief. Beeta is not eating any granule of this food so I won't suggest this as a beeta food. Better to feed with blood warms only because I have tried and my beeta never had this.

Java moss was of excellent quality. However, dwarf hairgrass and amzon sword was half wilted when received. Rotala wallichii was good. Didn't received dwarf lily but was refunded money immediately. Customer service is very good.

This is my first purchase from the site. I am overall satisfied with the purchase. Packaging was good. I ordered 13 shrimps. The orange Sakura and the Ghost are of great quality. However i am not very satisfied with the red cherry shrimps, the colors are not good. But given the price, i am ok to compromise. All the shrimps were alive, it took 6 days for completion of my order, the prices are also competetive. I would recommend others buying from here. P.S please improve the quality of Red Cherry Shrimps.

Plants are in good quality, but the size of the pot & plant were small. I'm not 100% satisfied with size of plant. Overall it is a decent purchase and i would recommend. It would be wonderful if BC could increase the varieties of fishes, tanks,aquarium accessories, invertebrates etc...
