I had placed an order for plants on bunny cart . Due to the mistake of the courier service the plants I received had died on delivery, when I informed this to the people at bunnycart, i was assured that all my order would be replaced free of cost. At first I could not believe what I was hearing. I had never ever dealt with such genuine people who were not only supplying the highest quality products but we're also keeping the interests of the customers in view even if it was at their expense. I then placed another order which also contained some live fish. Not a single fish died on arrival . The packaging was excellent and the quality of fish was superb. Keep it up . Dear Team, I had ordered microworm starter culture. I would like to mention that the culture was not at all good. I barely found some microworm in that, which were not sufficient to start the culture. Plants which ordered twice from Bunnycart was good except few plants. Kindly improve in starter culture sector. Plants are in good quality and fresh. But the size of the pots are very little. I'm not satisfied with size of that product. Otherwise it's good.

All plants were in good condition but the guppies i received 2 of them had come with fins cut and did not survive. rest other platys are healthy
