Dear Team, I had ordered microworm starter culture. I would like to mention that the culture was not at all good. I barely found some microworm in that, which were not sufficient to start the culture. Plants which ordered twice from Bunnycart was good except few plants. Kindly improve in starter culture sector. Hi readers, I am residing in Bangalore, Last week i.e on 06-05-2015 Wednesady, I had ordered for home delivery of 26 fishes, 4 plants and 3 fish foods from bunnycart store . On 10-05-2015 i.e on Sunday by 09:15pm sharp i received the parcel with live fishes and plants. For my surprise all the 26 fishes and 4 plants were live in active and healthy condition. Great and very good packing with necessary oxygen level for transportation. Bunnycart is good online store with all varieties of aquatic products and has a good customer care support with highly skilled and talented persons for answering all the questions regarding aquatic products and transportation. Also has a good home delivery services in Bangalore City. Overall bunnycart is the best online stores in India for buying good aquatic products with reasonable prices when compared with other stores.

Thou It was late while delivering my order but i understand that because of the previous order of other customers. They do called me and inform about the inconvenience. The best thing about "Bunnycart" customer services is they do their best to deliver the product in time or before the time frame. They also kept me update when the mailing time was changed. About the Shrimps now at first I thought that they have sent me the Ghost shrimp but later on they changed back to the actual color once they were introduced to the tank also the size was big than the others, they are doing great and were healthy. I am happy with the service will order more in future.
