Due to the mistake of the courier service the plants I received had died on delivery, when I informed this to the people at bunnycart, i was assured that all my order would be replaced free of cost. At first I could not believe what I was hearing. I'v e recently ordered few plants and they were all delivered in great condition, only thing that bothered me was the size of 2-3 plants. Other than that great service overall ! Please bring in more variety and expand live fish shipping to other cities too!
