Dear Team, I had ordered microworm starter culture. I would like to mention that the culture was not at all good. I barely found some microworm in that, which were not sufficient to start the culture. Plants which ordered twice from Bunnycart was good except few plants. Kindly improve in starter culture sector. Packing was very good and secure But I have to go to the courier office to receive it, as it was mentioned home delivery on the website Some plants where good in condition but all pots of hair grass has healthy shoots but their bottom where black and melted More than half melted in first week but some of them are growing after almost one and half week later

I don’t see any resamblance in the ordered product and the one I got ,( even though they all arrived safe , endler’s guppy is not that good , but the service seems pretty good.... I hope you guys will improve your product quality too
